Service & Rental Calendar Terms

This Agreement is entered into between You, hereinafter referred to as the "Client," and Prairie Sailor LLC, hereinafter referred to as the "Maintenance Provider," collectively referred to as the "Parties," on 1/1/24.

1. Services Provided: The Maintenance Provider agrees to provide the following maintenance services for the Client's bicycle(s):

• Standard
• Standard Plus

2. Fees and Payment: The Client agrees to pay the Maintenance Provider a fee  for each maintenance service performed under this Agreement. Payment shall be made in advance.

4. Term and Termination: This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue in effect until terminated by either Party.

5. Client Responsibilities: The Client agrees to:

• Provide access to the bicycle(s) for maintenance services at the scheduled times.
• Notify the Maintenance Provider of any issues or concerns regarding the bicycle(s) promptly.

6. Maintenance Provider Responsibilities: The Maintenance Provider agrees to:

• Perform the maintenance services with due care and diligence.
• Notify the Client of any additional maintenance or repairs required beyond the scope of this Agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability: The Maintenance Provider shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the Client's failure to properly maintain or use the bicycle(s) in accordance with manufacturer recommendations.

8. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mission Kansas.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the Effective Date.
